Quality Begins with Raw Materials
Fox Mold begins its quality control process by sourcing all raw materials from vetted suppliers to ensure they meet the industry’s stringent standards. Not only are the materials branded, but we also secure COA from the material supplier to guarantee material compliance in terms of quality, performance and safety.
In addition, we test all materials for compliance with EU RoHS and REACH regulations. We can also provide raw material test reports on request, further increasing your confidence in us.

Mold Design for Final Quality
The mold used in plastic injection molding has a direct impact on the dimensional accuracy, surface finish and structural integrity of the finished product. Therefore, Fox Mold takes every step to ensure that each mold design meets our production quality standards.
In addition to selecting the proper materials to build the mold, we also review the cavity design to ensure it accurately reflects the final product and has the proper tolerances. Every contour and detail must be clear on the mold so that the material can perfectly capture the crevices during the injection process. We also make sure that the molded plastic product releases easily from the mold to avoid damage.

Mold Trial & Testing Before Mass Manufacturing
Our inspection team performs a series of checks prior to production of bulk parts, including:
(1). Reviewing all documents related to the project, such as design drawings and measurement reports;
(2). Verifying the functionality of the mold, such as the opening and closing function, ejection system, and cooling system;

In-production Testing
If the mold passes the previous tests, we move on to mass production, where we follow a standardized process based on our benchmarks.
We also perform routine audits after each production step, checking for imperfections in size, hardness and finish. If necessary, we recalibrate the production line and make adjustments to achieve the desired results.

Final Quality Management
- For molds, any anomalies will result in modification and further inspection until it meets set requirements.
- For parts, we use advanced testing tools and visual inspection systems to verify appearance and dimensional tolerance. Tests include tensile strength, tear strength and hardness.
Our ERP system improves our data processing and increases the quality and efficiency of our products and services. At Fox Mold, every project, simple or complex, becomes responsive, transparent and compliant.
