All mold steels contact with the product parts is ASSAB S136 high-purity steel in HRC52°.

Finished parts will be transfer to do second vulcanization to clean VOC 100%.
High-temperature vulcanization not only solidifies the silicone material, but also improves the hygienic safety of the product. Secondary high-temperature vulcanization further enhances the physical properties and chemical stability of the protector, enabling it to effectively protect the incision during surgery.
